Mr. Siegel has over twenty years of legal and business experience as a borrower, owner, developer, and asset manager in a variety of asset classes including hospitality, multifamily, office,  industrial, retail, condominium, cooperatives as well as with ground leases. His experience includes working on complex finance issues related to these assets.  He served as General Counsel at the Jack Parker Corporation was a member of the executive committee as well as responsible for overseeing all legal matters, strategic planning and operations.  Mr. Siegel’s seventeen years with the Jack Parker Corporation give him tremendous insight and hands on experience with corporate, real estate and business matters.  Mr. Siegel handles complex real estate litigation, finance, loan workouts, forbearance agreements and corporate matters.  Mr. Siegel served as a member of the American Hotel and Lodging General Counsel’s committee, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York Land Use Committee. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and lectures on a variety of topics.
