Mr. Rosenfeld was most recently Senior Vice President and Head of Asset Management for a National Real Estate Investment and Development firm where he was responsible for Due Diligence and Operations of a $1.2 Billion portfolio. Previously he was Senior Vice President of a national Shopping Center development firm responsible for 6.7 million square feet of retail space and participated in over $250 million in financings.  He also was a Senior Executive at the Resolution Trust Corporation where he directed and managed evaluations, workouts, restructurings and dispositions on behalf the US Government agency charged with resolving the Savings and Loan crisis. He is experienced in Real Estate development, finance and operations for multifamily residential, condominium, office buildings and retail properties.
