Mr. Mathes is a senior real estate commercial banking executive with over twenty years of experience specializing in marketing, loan originations, structuring, loan syndication and asset management most recently at HSH Nordbank AG and Calyon-Credit Agricole CIB.  Mr. Mathes has a demonstrated track record of forging strong relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and other lenders and proven success in new business development, closing deals, managing and training a team, strategic planning, financial modeling, interest rate hedge modeling and portfolio management.  Mr. Mathes also is experienced in evaluating compliance with management policies and government regulations and the adequacy and effectiveness of a Lender’s internal control system and can recommend techniques to reduce or eliminate weaknesses in policies, procedures, and operations.
